1. About the Application
The Mon Chat Peut application (the “Application”) is published by Dabi Keita (the “Publisher”).
The Application offers information, assistance and analysis features related to the diet and well-being of domestic cats, in particular through artificial intelligence technologies.
Any use of the Application implies full acceptance of these Terms of Service (the “Terms”).
2. Acceptance of the Terms
By downloading, installing or using the Application, the user (the “User”) acknowledges:
- having read and understood these Terms,
- accepting them without reservation,
- agreeing to comply with them.
The Publisher may change the Terms at any time. Users are encouraged to review them regularly.
3. Description of the services
The Application offers, in particular:
- Analysis of foods and ingredients using artificial intelligence,
- Nutritional estimates, general advice and non-medical information,
- Cat profile management,
- Food and water intake tracking,
- Personalized notifications,
- An account system with cloud sync (Firebase),
- Subscription management through RevenueCat,
- Premium features through in-app purchases,
- Usage statistics and continuous improvement through Analytics.
The Publisher reserves the right to add, change or remove any feature at any time.
4. Warnings and limits of use
4.1. Not veterinary advice
Important: the information provided by the Application, including information generated by artificial intelligence, is for information purposes only.
It does not constitute veterinary, medical or professional advice.
The User remains solely responsible for their decisions about their animal's health or diet.
If in doubt, the User should consult a veterinarian.
5. Artificial intelligence
The Application uses AI models to analyze descriptions, foods and situations.
The User acknowledges that:
- the AI can produce errors, approximations or incorrect interpretations,
- the Publisher does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the results,
- the Publisher cannot be held liable for the consequences of using the results produced by the AI.
6. Accounts and security
To use certain features, the User must create an account.
The User agrees to:
- provide accurate information,
- keep their password confidential,
- be solely responsible for the use of their account.
The Publisher may suspend or delete any account in case of:
- fraud,
- abusive use,
- breach of the Terms,
- malicious or suspicious behavior.
7. Restrictions of use
The User must not:
- modify, copy, decompile, disassemble or attempt to reverse engineer the Application,
- extract the Application's data or analyses on a large scale,
- bypass security or subscription mechanisms,
- use the Application to train a third-party AI or a competing service,
- use the Application for illegal purposes.
Any breach may lead to immediate deletion of the account and legal action.
8. Intellectual property
All elements of the Application are protected:
- code, design, logo, illustrations, texts, content, databases, generated images, AI models used.
They are the exclusive property of Dabi Keita.
Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution or extraction exposes the User to civil and criminal proceedings.
9. User data
Data entered or generated through the Application remains the property of the User.
However, the User grants the Publisher a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, sync, display or process this data solely for the purpose of operating the Application.
The Publisher may delete any content that does not comply with the Terms.
10. Subscriptions and payments
Premium offers are managed through RevenueCat, in accordance with the rules of:
- Apple (App Store)
- Google (Play Store)
The Publisher:
- does not handle payments directly,
- has no access to bank details,
- applies the refund policy set by Apple/Google.
Subscriptions may renew automatically. The User can cancel at any time through their Apple/Google account.
11. Availability and maintenance
The Application is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of:
- permanent availability,
- freedom from errors,
- continuous performance,
- compatibility with every device.
The Publisher may suspend or change the Application for maintenance, fixes or updates, without compensation.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Publisher:
- disclaims all liability for indirect damages, data loss, analysis errors and decisions made by the User,
- is not liable for technical failures, bugs or unavailability of Firebase/Apple/Google servers,
- does not guarantee that the recommendations suit every cat or specific situation.
The User uses the Application at their own risk.
13. Account suspension or deletion
The Publisher may, at any time and without notice:
- suspend an account,
- restrict access to certain features,
- delete an account in case of abuse, fraud, breach of the Terms, or dangerous behavior.
14. Termination
The User can delete their account at any time through the Application.
Deleting an account does not entitle the User to a refund of ongoing subscriptions.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
